Personal Data Processing Policy

Version of 30 September 2026

This page explains what personal data aaaver.ru collects, why, how it is stored, and how to have it deleted. The policy is published under Article 18.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". The Russian version prevails.

01Operator

The personal data operator is Artemiy Averyanov, owner of aaaver.ru, TIN 771392766430.

Questions, requests, and consent withdrawal: aver.tema.005@ya.ru.

02What data is collected

Data is collected only through the contact form on the home page:

  • your name — how to address you;
  • a contact for the reply — Telegram, email, or phone, whichever you provide;
  • the message text;
  • technical request data: IP address, browser details (User-Agent), and signs of automated submission used to filter spam.

The site sets no cookies for visitors and uses no web analytics. No special categories or biometric data are collected. Please do not include unnecessary details about yourself or other people in the message.

03Purposes

  • to reply to your request;
  • to protect the form from spam and automated submissions;
  • to keep a history of requests so none gets lost.

04Legal basis

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ). Consent is given by ticking the box in the form before sending; the form cannot be sent without it. The consent text opens next to the box.

05How data is processed

Processing is automated: collection, recording, storage, use, and deletion. The message is saved to the database on the website server and forwarded to the operator via Telegram for a reply.

Only the operator has access to the data. It is not published, sold, or shared with third parties, except where the law expressly requires it.

06Cross-border transfer

The website server and the Telegram messenger are located outside the Russian Federation, so sending the form means a cross-border transfer of personal data. Consent to it is part of the consent you give in the form.

07Retention

Requests are kept while consent is in effect: until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal or on your request, the data is deleted within 30 days.

Per-IP request counters used for rate limiting are deleted automatically after a day.

08Your rights

  • to learn what data about you is processed and how;
  • to have it corrected, blocked, or deleted;
  • to withdraw consent;
  • to appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

Send requests to aver.tema.005@ya.ru and include the contact you left in the form — that is how the request is found. The reply comes within 10 business days.

09Data protection

  • the site works over HTTPS only;
  • the connection between the server and the database is encrypted;
  • only the operator has access to the database and the admin panel;
  • form submissions are rate-limited and automated submissions are filtered out.
